Order Processing

St. John’s Online Store uses a print-on-demand model, which means items are produced after your order is placed. Because each item is made to order, please allow additional time for production before your order ships.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are fulfilled and shipped directly by Tapstitch, our third-party manufacturing and fulfillment partner. Shipping times may vary depending on the item, production schedule, destination, and shipping method selected at checkout.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information when available.

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be produced or shipped separately. This means you may receive your order in more than one package or on different days.

Shipping Delays

Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier. St. John’s UMC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, holidays, customs, or other circumstances outside of our control.
