Because our merchandise is produced specifically for each order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact St. John’s as soon as possible. We will be happy to work with you and our merchandise provider to help resolve the issue.
